ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed immediately. You should expect in-stock items to ship within 48 hours. You will be informed of any delay due to items that are temporarily out of stock.
SALES TAX
A sales tax of 8.0% is added to all orders shipped to California addresses. Sales tax is not charged on shipments to recipients outside of California .

Wine Country Jewelry accepts American Express, VISA, MasterCard and Discover credit cards. We also accept ATM cards with a VISA or MasterCard logo. We do not accept cash, checks or CODs. Your payment will show up on your credit card statement as Mira Jewelry- which is our tradename.
For your protection, our on-line shopping cart transmits all credit card numbers using highly secure 128-bit encryption. For increased security, we do not store your credit card information on a server. Orders may also be faxed to (707) 546-0232.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
At this time, we only accept orders from international customers who are shipping to addresses in the U.S. We do not ship outside of the United States.

RETURN POLICY
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from winecountryjewelry.com, please return it to us, postage pre-paid, within 5 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price and any applicable sales tax. Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable. The merchandise must be unworn and undamaged. The postmark must be no later than 5 days from delivery or refund privileges are void.
